Coastline “Hot off the Presses” Dinner – Tuesday 28th March – sold out.

Lucio Galletto and David Dale have done it again. Their latest stunning book, filled with gorgeous on-location photography, explores the food and culture of  Mediterranean Spain, France & Italy. Through over 80 stories and recipes, discover the legacy of the ancient Greeks, Romans, Arabs and Vikings who left the gift of a “cuisine of the sun” flavoured with generosity and conviviality.

A river of gold  flows through these regions, the Olive Oil that links these three great cuisines, along with a love of garlic, seafood, fresh herbs & seasonal vegetables.

Join Lucio and David to enjoy fabulous dishes from the book and be entertained by tales of their adventures during the arduous task of their research.
