We will post the personalised voucher to your recipient, or to you if you prefer,  within 2 working days.  If you need a voucher faster than this, or have any special requests - please just call us on 9380 5996 and we will do our best. Payment by credit card or direct deposit.

Non personalised vouchers  (ie $ amount only) can also be issued on the spot at Lucio's except during peak service times.

Complete the gift voucher form and email your logo - a layout of the proposed voucher will be emailed back to you for approval.  Vouchers can then be posted to your recipient, or to you for a more personal distribution.

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

Credit Card payments

Due to the increasing incidence of credit card fraud, we do not accept credit card payments over the phone. Payments can only be accepted on receipt of the completed credit card application form below, and a clear and legible photocopy of both the front and back of the credit card and your drivers license.
