Chef’s Challenge

Lucio takes Simon Marnie’s Chef’s Challenge on ABC 702 Sydney.

The providers this week gave Lucio a great selection to choose from for some of his favourite recipes.

Anthony Puharich from Vics Meats gave him the opportunity to share a family favourite of spicy veal medallions.

Wayne from Joto mentioned swordfish as being beautiful at the moment, so Lucio gave a simple and tasty Sicilian dish.

And from the fruit and veg recommendations of Hugh Wennerbom, Lucio couldn’t go past a pasta (of course) with figs and prosciutto. Simple and delicious.
