The Art of Pasta named as IACP Food Writing Finalist

NEW YORK (February 16, 2012) – The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP, iacp.com) today announced the first round of finalists for its 26th Annual IACP Awards. With more than 50 categories, this coveted awards program allows IACP to acknowledge the best of the best within myriad aspects of the culinary industry.
