Dinner on the Dock has become one of the most talked about events in the Opera Australia calendar.

This year’s Dinner will be a gastronomic feast with four top Italian chefs in a celebration of Italian food.  Lucio Galletto, Alessandro Pavoni, Armando Percuoco and Giovanni Pilu.

Conceived by the dynamic food duo Jill Dupleix and Terry Durack this will be an up close unforgettable evening. Experience the personalities and passion of our four chefs as they create a meal for you.

There are some very special auction items up for grabs, and some exquisite wines in the Wine Tombola. To complete the evening Opera Australia principal artists will perform. Dinner on the Dock will raise essential funds for the Young Artists Program.
