The legendary Piemontese wines of Gaja are in a league of their own, and it is rare to be able to enjoy them by the glass

Any number of dishes and/or glasses available every day for lunch and dinner until the season ends

Carpaccio di manzo
– Seared beef carpaccio with truffle aioli & parmesan crisps $45

Gnocchi al tartufo – House made potato gnocchi with fresh truffles $55

Involtino di galletto – Spatchcock involtino, stuffed with truffles & mixed mushrooms, wrapped in pancetta & served on roasted portobello $65

One of the more approachable Gaja wines. Fruity, elegant taste; good balance in the mouth and a fresh fruity finish with very fine, silky tannins.

2012  DaGromis Barolo DOCG $55 
100% Nebbiolo
The aroma is clean and elegant, with mixed aromatic herbs and spices. The taste exhibits juiciness, silky tannins, medium structure and good balance between acidity and alcohol.

2013  Barbaresco DOP $120
100% Nebbiolo
Complex aromas of forest fruits, plums, liquorice on the nose. Long, complex finish with fine, silk-like tannins and good acidity, dense structure, full of super-ripe fruit.
